Eniac delivers qualified administrative systems and IT services to our customers within the Church of Sweden. We are now looking for an employee who wants to take an active role in both product development and customer contact.

About the role

As an application consultant in one of our teams, you will help shape the digital solutions of the future for the church's administrative operations. Our systems Aveny Bokning, Aveny Diarium, and Aveny Musik are used by congregations across the country to manage bookings for baptisms, weddings, and funerals, among other things.

We work agile according to Scrum, which means you will be part of a self-organizing team with close iterations and continuous improvement. Your role is clearly focused on product development with balanced customer contact. You will be an important link between customer needs and technical development:

• Product development - requirements specification, testing, specifications, and development support
• Customer service and support – assist customers via email and phone
• Training and implementation – conduct training and installations for new and existing customers digitally or on-site

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within product development. You will work closely with product owners and development teams, and we hope you will develop together with the team and take responsibility for areas that match your interests, whether it involves technical development, work processes, or customer relations.

Your main responsibilities

• Specify and test new features in collaboration with the development team
• Document requirements and functionality based on customer needs and business analysis
• Ensure quality of deliveries through systematic testing
• Collaborate with product owners and other team members to prioritize development work
• Provide customer service via phone and email – help users get the most out of the systems
• Plan and conduct training, both in our training room, digitally, and at customer sites
• Support the implementation of new customers
• Contribute to improvement work based on customer feedback

We are looking for someone who

Basic qualifications:

• Has 1–3 years of work experience, preferably from roles such as application consultant, business consultant, IT coordinator, or similar
• Has experience working with business systems or enterprise systems
• Enjoys both structured documentation work and problem-solving in customer contact
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a driver's license (B category) as the position may involve travel to customers

Meritorious:

• Has worked with specification, testing, or requirements management
• Education in computer science, informatics, or similar
• Experience in conducting training or presentations
• Familiarity with agile working methods
• Experience from the Church of Sweden or other congregational activities

We prioritize candidates with a few years of work experience, but recent graduates with the right skills and drive are also welcome to apply.
